VBS Resources - Registration Agreement Terms

Welcome to VBS Resources account registration. Once registered, you’ll be granted access to the resources component of the site as well as the VBS Resources forum. In the forum you may discuss the core VBS product and VBS modules. Should you have any queries or feedback on the product, please make a post in the forum and a VBS developer or BIA staff member will assist you.

By registering as a member of the VBS Resources site you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Failure to abide by these terms and conditions may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (from the entire site). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. Within these terms and conditions, ‘post’ refers to messages posted in the forum as well as comments posted within other parts of the site.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this web site have the right to remove, edit, move or close any post or topic at any time should they see fit. Note that this is not a gaming web site, and immature behaviour (including offensive language) within the forum will not be tolerated.

While the administrators and moderators of this web site will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made on this web site express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

As a user you agree to any information you enter being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

This web site uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you enter on the site; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address you are required to enter is only to be used for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).

Important! In order to register as a member of the site you must have purchased VBS (or be otherwise appropriately authorised), and hence be in possession of an access key that is unique to your customer number. Contact BIA if you have not received your access key. Multiple people from within your organisation may be registered using the one access key. Please keep your access key secure. If a third party gains unauthorised access to the VBS resources site using your key, all accounts registered with that key will be suspended. Contact BIA if you loose your access key or you believe that it may have been compromised.

By registering as a member of the VBS Resources site you agree not to distribute the resources contained within to anyone outside of the VBS user community.
